“It is under the greatest adversity that there exists the greatest potential for growth.”

What does ‘Wabi Sabi’ mean?

The name comes from the Japanese philosophy of Wabisabi, symbolising ‘the beauty in authenticity, impermanence and imperfection’.

At Wabi Sabi Psychology we reflect this by creating a space where clients can feel safe to be themselves - and where trust, acceptance, and growth happen gently, at your pace.
